The technical voice of JuP1 to the CoCs, strong technical support for the value streams and at the same time a guiding hand for process standards. Central reference for process definitions at JuP1.

• Close contact to international competence centers
• Active participation in process definition meetings at lead plants
• Ensure process specific standards and know-how-exchange in cross.
• Value stream engineering teams
• Improve process stability and efficiency.
• Coaching and knowledge deployment to the VS-engineers
• Support new product launches with technical knowhow.

Current production (approximately 50%)

• Set standards for processes and methods and confirm.
• Capability studies
• Failure cost
• Might be part of problem‑solving teams and risk assessment teams.
