Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in sales, marketing, or field operations.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of field sales representatives.
Conduct regular field visits to monitor team performance and ensure sales targets are met.

Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize daily and monthly performance.
Foster strong customer relationships and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
