o Tools: Make, gcc, valgrind, gdb, pstack, strace, Linux (Red Hat 8), ServiceNow, Jira, Control-M

Key Responsibilities:

· Debug and resolve issues in C++ applications

· Handle L1/L2 escalations

· Work on Jira stories for fixes and enhancements

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams

· Write or modify Unix shell scripts
