Hours of Work: 37 hours per week, working Monday – Thursday, 08.00-16.00 and Friday 08.00-15.30
Location – Mobile Working, with travel across the East Midlands (based at Longfield House, Ilkeston)
Salary: £32.963 per annum

The role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Plumber to join the bathroom works team working in within the emh properties across the East Midlands.

The ideal candidate:

• Holds a Technical Certificate & NVQ Level 2 or above in Plumbing
• A Full Driving licence is essential
• Broad experience working on day to day maintenance in occupied and unoccupied properties, in relevant trade
