**Job Description**

This role focuses on commercial plumbing in new construction projects, handling all phases from rough-in to trim and fixture installation. The position requires a highly skilled plumber with strong copper brazing abilities, solid experience in domestic water and sanitary systems, and the capability to work independently with their own tools while following specifications and plumbing codes.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform commercial plumbing work on new construction projects from rough-in through trim and final fixture installation.
+ Cut and thread pipe accurately to meet project specifications and code requirements.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to plan and execute plumbing layouts.
+ Complete above-ground rough-ins, including installation of vents, sewers, connections, and waterlines.
