Plumber Lead

Overview

This position will be physically located in Israel in support of the AFCAPV Program
Under the supervision of the Plumber Supervisor, the Plumber Lead oversees construction, maintenance involving plumbing equipment and related devices on construction projects for the PWD Projects Team. Conducts Field Surveys (FS) and Initial Assessments (IA’s) for potential construction projects. This task includes but is not limited to the calculation of Bill of Materials (BOM), Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Labor Hours, Project Technical Approaches, Field /Technical Drawings, Project Assumptions and Job Safety Analysis (JSA). Ensures personnel exhibit superior workmanship and focus on delivering a quality product. Follows UFC’s and Department’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure all tasks are accomplished safely, with a focus upon quality and plumbing code compliance.
