Plumber - London Underground

TradeTech Recruitment are recruiting a Plumber for London Underground station toilet refurbishment works across North London stations.

Location: North London Underground Stations
Start: Mid March
Duration: Approx. 2 months
Hours: Day shifts
Rate: £25 per hour (CIS)
Scope of Works
Second-fix plumbing works to mostly existing pipework within toilets
Basic amendments to hot and cold feeds and wastes
Installation of sinks, taps and toilets (largely flexi connections to existing services)
Installation of new intake and extract ducting for toilet ventilation as part of the refurbishment This is refurbishment-based plumbing, not new-build and not heavy HVAC.
Requirements
CSCS Card – minimum Blue (NVQ)
Refurbishment experience – essential
LU ICI (London Underground induction) – required
Experience working in live, public-facing environments
