R30 000 – R35 000 per month

We are recruiting an experienced Operations Manager for a well-established plumbing services company based in Milnerton. This role is not entry-level — proven industry experience is essential.

THIS ROLE REQUIRES:

Management experience within the plumbing / construction / field services industry

Proven ability to manage plumbers, technicians, and field teams

Experience overseeing day-to-day operations, scheduling, and service delivery

Strong leadership, organisation, and decision-making skills

Ability to handle escalations, deadlines, and a fast-paced environment
