We are currently recruiting a Plumber to work with the Northern Ireland Housing Executive, based in Newtownabbey. Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8.30am 4.30pm Pay rate: £14.35 - £16.90 per hourThis position is offered on an initial 3-month temporary basis, with the opportunity for extension subject to performance and service requirements. Role Overview The successful candidate will work as part of the Housing Executive maintenance team, travelling to properties to carry out essential plumbing repairs and maintenance. The role requires a professional, customer-focused approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a wider team. Key Responsibilities Inspect, repair and replace plumbing systems within Housing Executive properties. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and properties are left safe and tidy.
