A plumber installs, maintains, and repairs piping systems for water, drainage, and gas, working in residential, commercial, and industrial settings to fix leaks, clear clogs, and install fixtures like toilets, sinks, and water heaters while adhering to building codes and ensuring safety. Key duties involve interpreting blueprints, cutting/joining pipes, diagnosing issues, performing preventive maintenance, and excellent customer service.
