As Plumber, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:



+ Responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining pipes, fixtures and other plumbing used for water distribution and wastewater disposal.

+ Repair and maintain plumbing, replace defective washers, replace or mend broken pipes and opening clogged drains.

+ Study building plans and inspect structures to assess material and equipment needs, to establish the sequence of pipe installations, and to plan installation around obstructions such as electrical wiring.

+ Carry out maintenance of structural metal fixtures of buildings as per the scheduled maintenance program and preventive maintenance program.

+ Keeps record of assignments and produce detailed work reports.

+ Maintains working area and makes sure that all working areas remain clean at all times.

+ Uses personal safety wares for personal safety while on duty.
