Plumber/Journeyperson

As a Plumber / Journeyperson on the shop floor, you will be reporting to the Operations Manager, and you’ll support the fabrication, assembly, and installation of water treatment systems. This role blends hands‑on trade skills with careful, detail‑oriented work. You’ll work closely with project, fabrication, and startup teams to help deliver reliable, high‑quality equipment to CWT clients.

Your experience in piping, mechanical assembly, and safe work practices will help ensure our systems are built correctly, documented properly, and ready for shipping, installation, and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Build and install piping systems using PVC, CPVC, stainless, and other materials common to high‑purity water treatment.
• Perform PVC solvent welding to CWT standards.
• Assemble valves, pumps, fittings, supports, instrumentation, and skid components.
• Interpret P&IDs, layout drawings, isometrics, and fabrication sketches.
