To carry out a full range of plumbing maintenance, repairs, and installations across council-owned and domestic properties, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard in line with current regulations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Undertake plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations in occupied and void domestic properties

Diagnose faults and carry out remedial works on hot and cold water systems, sanitation, and drainage

Install, repair, and maintain pipework, fittings, valves, and appliances

Carry out bathroom and kitchen plumbing works where required

Respond to emergency and reactive maintenance call-outs

Ensure all work complies with health & safety regulations, building regulations, and council policies

Complete job records, reports, and paperwork accurately using mobile or paper-based systems

Provide a professional, customer-focused service to tenants and residents
