                    Responsibilities:

Assisting customers with plumbing and hardware products

Providing product advice and recommendations

Processing sales and quotations

Maintaining stock levels and shelf displays

Ensuring excellent customer service at all times

Minimum requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric

Previous experience in hardware and plumbing

Basic knowledge of plumbing materials and fittings

Good communication and customer service skills

Ability to work accurately with stock and pricing

Computer literacy

Reliable, punctual, and able to work retail hours
