We are a growing U.S.-based commercial plumbing contractor seeking a highly detail-oriented and fluent English-speaking Plumbing Estimating & Supplier Quote Coordinator to support our estimating and procurement team.

This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to compare supplier quotes accurately, and confidence speaking with U.S.-based vendors by phone and email.

We are looking for a long-term team member who wants to grow within the U.S. construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and compare multiple supplier quotes line-by-line
• Identify lowest, middle, and highest pricing per item
• Detect missing items or quantity discrepancies
• Organize pricing data into structured Excel comparison sheets
• Prepare and send Requests for Quotes (RFQs) to suppliers
• Call U.S. plumbing suppliers to request pricing and follow up
