Plumbing Construction Estimator
with proven, verifiable experience in plumbing systems and project coordination. A high level of English fluency is essential to collaborate effectively with our team and clients

Advanced Spoken English is Mandatory.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Interpret Technical Drawings:
  Accurately read and analyze specialized survey data, construction plans, and architectural blueprints.
• Construction Scheduling:
  Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules to ensure timely project execution.
• Drainage & Sewer Systems Knowledge:
  Solid understanding of drainage and wastewater infrastructure, including system layout and compliance standards.
• Purchase Order Management:
  Oversee the preparation, tracking, and reconciliation of purchasing orders for materials and services.
