Plumbing Supervisor

Supervise day-to-day plumbing activities at the residential apartment site. Ensure installation of water supply, drainage, and sewage systems as per approved drawings. Coordinate with civil, electrical, and MEP teams for smooth execution of plumbing works. Monitor installation of CPVC, UPVC, PPR, HDPE, and GI piping systems. Supervise installation of sanitary fixtures, valves, pumps, and water tanks. Conduct hydro testing, pressure testing, and leak testing of pipelines. Ensure proper slope and alignment for drainage and sewage lines. Check quality of materials and workmanship as per project standards. Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation. Monitor labor productivity and manage plumbers and helpers on site. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely material delivery.
