• Knows how to use the necessary tools and basic knowledge of the plumbing system
• Install and test water filtration product and make sure they work correctly.
• Follows installation and operation manuals of Britta product
• Responds to service requests and repairs.
• Uses diagnostic tools to determine repair plans.
• Teaches customers how to use their products.
• Escalates issues to managers promptly.
• Writes service reports after every appointment.
• Collaborates with managers and other service technicians.
• Follows all company policies and procedures.
• Adheres to safety regulations and industry standards.
