Job Description

Key Responsibilities:  
Equipment Planning & Deployment:  
Plan, coordinate, and optimize the deployment of plant and machinery across multiple sites within the cluster. 
Forecast equipment requirements for upcoming projects and ensure timely mobilization/demobilization. 
Maintenance & Asset Management:  
Implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all machinery. 
Monitor machinery health, downtime, and performance metrics. 
Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, utilization, and maintenance history. 
Budgeting & Cost Management:  
Prepare budgets and monitor costs related to machinery operations, maintenance, and rentals. 
Identify cost-saving opportunities through optimized utilization and vendor management. 
Vendor & Stakeholder Management:  
Manage relationships with equipment vendors, service providers, and contractors.
