Capital City Club Brookhaven's Culinary Department is looking to hire an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and team-focused individual for our night-time Line Cook position. This position is Full-time with flexibility if there is interest in part-time. The position includes health vision, life, dental insurance, 401(k) with a company match, hot meals, and uniforms. The position is high volume with great cross-training opportunities on sauté and grill stations.

Essential Functions:

+ Sets up station according to restaurant guidelines.

+ Prepares all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.

+ Follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant.

+ Restocks all items as needed throughout the shift.

+ Cleans and maintains station in practicing good safety, sanitation, and organizational skills.
