A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF

I am a 9-year-old boy living in the Gilfach Goch area, I am happy, loving and love being outdoors, I live with my parents and older brother. I enjoy you tube and building blocks.

I have ADHD and ASD I am non-verbal and have no sense of danger, I tend to run if I am given the opportunity, I do not eat any food, but I have supplemented milk drinks. This position is 2:1 role and to be worked with another personal assistant.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To take me out in the community.

HOURS OF WORK

6 hours a week term time and 12 hours school holidays.

RATES OF PAY

£16.50 per hour
