Ideal candidates should have over 3 years of experience in a consultancy environment, specifically in post-merger integration and Target Operating Model design. The role involves working closely with project leadership and senior client stakeholders to support smooth integration, strong governance, and value delivery. Location for this role is in Central London with compensation based on level, inside IR35.
