Job Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of any 4-year course.
With 5 years related experience or 7 years in other areas of HR.
With knowledge in labor laws.
With analytical skills, problem-solving skills and active listening skills.
Able to defines annual plan and budget to support section department and company initiatives and goals.
Can revises and/or designs communication strategy.
Willing to be assigned at Philippine Manufacturing Co. of Murata, FPIP I Tanauan, Batangas for Direct hire.
