Job Overview

The PMO Support provides the operational backbone for the Cybersecurity Portfolio. You will be responsible for maintaining the single source of truth for all security projects. Your goal is to optimize project delivery by standardizing processes, tracking resource allocation, and generating the reporting data necessary for executive oversight. You are the bridge between individual Project Managers and Portfolio leadership.

50 – 60 Euros per day

Key Responsibilities:

• Portfolio Reporting: Consolidate status reports from various security workstreams into a unified dashboard for the Portfolio Lead and CISO.
• Financial Tracking: Assist in tracking spend against budget, managing invoices, and flagging potential overruns before they become issues.
