The Project and Portfolio Management Office (PMO) at CIT is the backbone of the successful project management approach for group-wide projects with CIT involvement. The PMO is responsible for defining standards and giving guidelines for the whole project lifecycle from request to finish. The PMO also includes Portfolio Management and sets the steps for the Digital Transformation of the Zumtobel Group.

Your Task
In this position, you will be part of our PMO activities:

• Act as a central contact person and consultant for our project managers on all topics concerning software tools (Office365, Planview, PowerBI, Jira, Confluence) and provide documentation• You are a key user of our project management software tools, providing tool administration and configuration• Provide tool training for new members or changes in the tool• Create reporting for all PMO areas in collaboration with the stakeholders a...
