PMO Lead

The Team Lead – Healthcare Programs is responsible for supervising and supporting the execution of U.S. healthcare projects and operational initiatives. This role focuses on day-to-day coordination, team performance, and adherence to healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and PHI requirements. The Team Lead works closely with Project Managers, Operations, IT, Compliance, and Healthcare SMEs to ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with client and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the day-to-day execution of U.S. healthcare projects, including onboarding, implementations, and operational transitions
• Supervise and guide project coordinators or analysts assigned to healthcare programs
