PMO LEAD Role Summary

PMO provides governance, oversight, and delivery management support for all product initiatives under the Product Organization.

They ensure that all product projects are executed with discipline, consistency, and transparency — in line with established lifecycle gates, governance frameworks, and enterprise standards.

They oversee product portfolio execution, manage demand and resource allocation, monitor delivery progress, and maintain quality assurance across the end-to-end product lifecycle. The PMO also partners with the Process Excellence and Corporate Governance teams to ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements and certifications.
