PMO Manager

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a PMO Manager. The PMO Manager will work closely with the project implementation team members, managers, and lead to help deliver medium and large projects efficiently.

Core Responsibilities

Manage the PMO team to ensure proper management of PMO activities.

Responsible for (medium/large) project pre-project planning, project kick-off facilitation, creation of project plan, overseeing the successful execution of project plan with timely communication to all project stakeholders with gate reviews.

Accurately document the project's creation, development, and execution, as well as project's scope, deliverable, budget, and justification.

Collaborate with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.

Plan project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
