Your Role

• Define and implement project standards, delivery plans, and governance frameworks.
• Maintain comprehensive PMO documentation including project registers, reports, logs, and plans.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, track actions, and ensure follow-ups.
• Monitor project interdependencies, elevate risks, and support audits, stage reviews, and lessons learned.
• Prepare and consolidate internal and external reporting packs for stakeholders.
