Job Summary
The PMO Executive plays a key role in strengthening execution discipline and improving project visibility across the organization. This position provides structured project tracking, governance support, and reporting coordination under the CEO Office. The role ensures consistency in monitoring, documentation, and follow-through of action items across all ongoing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Tracking & Monitoring
Maintain and update the master project tracker, including status, timeline, risks, and milestones.
Monitor weekly progress across all active initiatives.
Escalate potential delays or risks to the PMO.
2. Meeting & Action Management
Coordinate project meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
Track action items and ensure timely closure.
