PMO Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced PMO Specialist to join our team at Verinon Technology Solutions Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur. This is a contract role, where you will be responsible for providing project management and operational support to ensure the successful delivery of our technology projects.

What you'll be doing

• Establish and maintain project management processes, templates, and tools to enable effective project delivery
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
• Facilitate regular project status meetings and produce detailed project reports for stakeholders
• Provide guidance and support to project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
