Overview

We are seeking a PMS & OD Specialist with strong expertise in HRMS to design, implement, and manage performance management systems and organizational development initiatives. This role will ensure the effective use of HRMS tools to enhance employee performance, engagement, and organizational growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Management (PMS)

• Design, configure, and manage performance appraisal cycles within the HRMS platform.
• Set up goals, KPIs, reviews, and continuous feedback modules.
