Job Description
The Service Manager is responsible for the overall management and performance of elevator and escalator service operations. They ensure preventive maintenance, corrective services, and compliance activities are executed safely and efficiently, meeting company standards and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities include overseeing service policies, procedures, and standards, as well as managing PMS Supervisors and technical teams. They drive client satisfaction, safety compliance, and continuous improvement, while ensuring service operations meet financial targets.
The Service Manager also manages budgets, cost controls, and profitability, and is responsible for incident investigations, client relationships, and technical guidance. They report to the Operations Manager/General Manager and are measured by KPIs like maintenance completion, safety incidents, and client satisfaction.
