Job Description
The Technical Support Representative for Preventive Maintenance Services (PMS)
is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all PMS-related activities by
monitoring client schedules, assisting with technical inquiries, and handling customer
interactions. This role involves coordinating with both clients and internal teams,
managing documentation, and negotiating service renewals to retain and grow client
relationships. The role also includes monitoring field technicians and ensuring quality
service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication and Support:
Client Advisories: Send regular advisories and reminders to clients
regarding upcoming PMS schedules, service reminders, and follow-ups on
service completion.
Customer Assistance: Serve as the main point of contact for client concerns
