Job Summary:

The PMS Technician I supports preventive maintenance and basic service activities under the direct supervision of senior technicians. This role is primarily developmental, focusing on learning standard maintenance procedures, safety practices, basic troubleshooting skills, and proper documentation related to elevator systems.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in scheduled preventive maintenance (PMS) activities and basic equipment inspections.

Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, tightening, and minor adjustments as instructed.

· Support skilled or senior technicians during troubleshooting, repair works, and inspections.

· Observe and immediately report abnormal conditions such as unusual noises, vibrations, odor, error codes, or irregular operation.
