Skyline Architectural Consultant is hiring a PMU Team Leader – Urban Planner to lead a 30-member multidisciplinary PMU team in Jhansi and drive city-wide development and transformation in one of India’s most historic cities.

This is a high-impact leadership role for a planner who can combine urban vision, execution discipline, and government coordination to deliver planning-led change on the ground.

What You’ll Lead

A multidisciplinary PMU team of ~30 professionals

City-wide planning and development initiatives (urban infrastructure, redevelopment, planning strategy)

Master planning, DPRs, feasibility studies, and implementation support
