Job Description
1,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,Supply Chain Management, Accounting,Finance, IT, or related field
2,Minimum 1–3 years of experience inpurchasing, procurement, or supply chainoperations
3,Experience in telecommunications,construction, or project-based industries is anadvantage
4, Familiarity with ERP / procurementsystems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) Strong understanding of PO lifecycle andprocurement processes
5,Knowledge of PR-to-PO conversion andcontract-based purchasing
6,Basic understanding of tax, VAT, and invoicingrequirements
7,Strong documentation and recordmanagement skillsRESPONSIBILITIES
8,Create, review, and release Purchase Orders(POs) based on approved PurchaseRequisitions (PRs)
9,Ensure PO details (price, quantity, scope, tax,delivery terms) are accurate and compliantwith:o Approved budgetso Contracts and price listso Authority matrix and procurementpolicies
