Job Description

P&O Solutions Analyst for Workday, responsible for understanding business requirements, relaying the solution via case management (ServiceNow), demonstrating configurations through collaboration with our technical team and audiences, converting data, assisting in testing and troubleshooting.

What are we looking for?

• University Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2-4 years of professional experience in HR Systems, HRIS, HCM.
• Functional knowledge of the Workday system is beneficial, but not required.
• Robust problem‑solving skills; knowledge of configuration, testing and implementation techniques.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent English.
