Job Description
The Pod Clerk is responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks within a designated pod or area in a warehouse or distribution center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and receipts. Ensure all documents are properly filed and accessible.
- Data Entry: Input data related to shipments, inventory, and other operational metrics into the company's database or warehouse management system.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact within the pod for all clerical and administrative needs. Communicate with other departments to ensure coordination and efficiency.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any clerical or administrative issues that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
