POD Staff

Job description:

1. Validate and check Proof of Deliveries (POD)
2. Inspect actual documents received for integrity and completeness
3. Prepare and report POD for billing and collection
4. Reports and file upkeep and monitoring
5. Preparation and serving of charge slip
6. Scanning and filing of POD
7. Reporting Collaborate with immediate supervisor in formulating strategy to improve POD processes
8. Billing and Collection processing and monitoring
9. Account receivables
10. Perform other duties as assigned by Immediate Supervisor or Management

Qualifications:

• Graduate of 4-year course

-With relevant experience in the same field
