Job Description
● At least a college graduate, preferably with a degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
● 2+ years of experience in logistics, delivery management, or a similar role with knowledge of the POD process.
● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
● Excellent communication skills for coordinating with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
● Ability to resolve discrepancies and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
● Knowledge of company policies and procedures related to POD documentation and delivery verification.
● Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
