POD Supervisor

Job Description:

• In charge of the final checking of Miscellaneous and Maintenance fund Replenishment
• In charge of the final checking and sending of Petty cash Replenishment
• Responsible in ensuring that cash disbursement and replenishment / liquidation are in order
• Responsible in checking the completeness of all documents upon submission of the driver after the trip
• Assists team members in processing and encoding of delivery receipts in Google drive
• Closely coordinates with the Operations Head/s in the compliance of delivery receipts and other documents related to the trip
• Will handle cement, maintenance and cargo/port's petty cash and documents

Job Qualification:

• Graduate of any 4 - year course
• Computer literate.
• With knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Preferrably residing in Bocuae Bulacan or willing to be assigned in Bocaue Bulacan
