Podcast and Social Media content manager

Salary: Up to 7000 AED per month depending on experience.

We are looking for a highly capable Podcast & Social Media Content Manager to help build and grow a new consultant‑led healthcare podcast and media brand based between Dubai and London.

This role is NOT a videographer or pure editing role.

We already have:

• Professional podcast filming setup
• Podcast host and medical contributors

We are specifically looking for someone who understands how to:

• Grow podcasts online
• Identify high‑performing moments from long‑form conversations
• Create strong hooks, titles, captions, thumbnails, and short‑form concepts
• Build audience engagement and platform growth
• Manage and grow wider clinic social media presence
