Podcast Manager and Content Editor

We're looking for a Podcast Manager and Content Editor to support a high-visibility business influencer podcast. This role owns the end-to-end podcast workflow and is responsible for turning long-form episodes into short-form video clips and supporting visuals for distribution.

This is a hands-on execution role for someone who understands podcast operations, short-form content strategy, and lightweight design. You will work closely with the podcast host and internal stakeholders to ensure episodes are published consistently and repurposed into high-quality clips that perform across social platforms.
