Were looking for a Podcast Outreach & Growth Associate with strong verbal and written communication skills to help grow our podcast. This role focuses primarily on outreach, guest coordination, and publishing episodes across platforms, with involvement in assisting production.

The workload and posting frequency are manageable, and the role is designed to be sustainable. Over time, this position can grow into a podcast hosting or co-hosting opportunity for candidates who are interested.

Responsibilities

• Lead podcast outreach and guest communication

• Support podcast growth through episode publishing and platform distribution

• Post and manage podcast content across podcast platforms and social media channels(YouTube, SoundCloud, Spotify)
