We're looking for an experienced Podcast Producer to take full ownership of managing and producing our podcast from start to finish. This role is for someone who thrives on organization, preparation, and proactive execution—so our host can simply show up, press record, and deliver great content.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Researching, selecting, and developing compelling podcast topics

Tracking trending topics, viral content, and timely conversations relevant to the show

Preparing detailed episode rundowns, outlines, and talking points

Briefing the host thoroughly prior to each recording

Managing overall show flow, structure, and pacing

Ensuring each episode is fully prepared and production-ready before recording
