Podcast VA

This is a remote position.

Core Responsibilities

• Guest Outreach & Scheduling

• • Identify, contact, and schedule podcast guests

• Manage guest communications and follow-ups

• Podcast Production Cycle

• • Pre-production: planning, setup, and coordination

• Production: assist with recording, audio/video edits, and sound quality management

• Post-production: editing, packaging, adding intros/outros/transitions, and writing show notes

• Publishing: upload episodes to hosting platforms (Podbean, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, etc.)

• Promotional Marketing

• • Create and post promotional content across Facebook, Instagram, Threads, and YouTube (eventually TikTok as well)

• Support organic marketing strategies (no paid ads initially)

• Repurpose content into clips, reels, or graphic...
