Poles Operations Manager

We are looking for a Poles Operations Manager to join our team,

Responsibilities

• Manage all telecom pole-related activities, including pole annotation, make-ready coordination, and attachment readiness for fiber/OSP projects
• Oversee pole inventories, joint-use data, and pole databases to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Review pole survey data, annotations, and drawings for adherence to telecom, utility, and client standards
• Coordinate closely with OSP design, drafting, permitting, and construction teams
• Ensure compliance with utility owner requirements, NESC standards, and client specifications
• Track pole readiness, make-ready status, and timelines to prevent construction delays
• Liaise with utility companies, pole owners, LGUs, and third-party contractors regarding attachments and approvals
• Establish and enforce workflows, QA/QC standards, and best practices for telecom pole management
