The Company

Our client is a reputable life insurance company and they are looking for a policy administrator to join their winning team.

The Role

• Perform all round policy alternations, policy serving, new business and claims applications process in accordance with company policy and procedures
• Maintain a strong relationship with internal distribution team to maintain high service standards
• Perform TR name search data cleansing, validate activities reports and make necessary changes
• Support administrative work such as update manuals, procedures or operational forms and prepare regular reports to management
• Perform UAT of system implementation project
