Are you passionate about evidence-based reform in the justice system? We’re looking for a Principal Policy & Research Analyst to lead the strategic redesign of domestic and family violence, sexual, and violent offending programs in custodial settings.
In this role, you will:

• Apply RNR Principles: Ensure all programs align with Risk-Need-Responsivity frameworks, tailoring interventions to risk and criminogenic needs.
• Champion Victim Safety: Design initiatives that prioritise victim protection and perpetrator accountability.
• Lead Global Benchmarking: Research international best practices and emerging trends to inform Queensland’s custodial programs.
